Forge Your Strength,
Ignite Your Spirit
Kickboxing is a dynamic striking art that combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobic exercise. Practitioners learn a range of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, developing power, speed, and coordination. Beyond the physical benefits, kickboxing builds mental toughness, boosts confidence, and provides effective self-defense skills. Whether you're seeking a challenging workout, stress relief, or personal empowerment, kickboxing offers a transformative experience for all fitness levels.

Boost Endurance
Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that elevates your heart rate and improves cardiovascular health. Regular training strengthens the heart and lungs, improves circulation, and boosts overall endurance.

Enhance Agility
The dynamic movements and combinations in kickboxing require precise coordination and balance. Regular training improves motor skills, agility, and reflexes, benefiting both physical performance and everyday activities.

Empower Your Safety
Kickboxing equips you with practical self-defense skills. Learning effective striking techniques and developing quick reflexes enhances your ability to protect yourself in potentially dangerous situations, boosting confidence and personal safety.

Build Muscle
The repetitive striking motions in kickboxing engage multiple muscle groups, building strength and power throughout the body. Developing stronger core muscles, legs, and arms translates to increased striking force and improved overall athleticism.

Release Tension
Kickboxing provides a powerful outlet for stress. The intense physical exertion helps release endorphins, reducing stress hormones and promoting a sense of calm and well-being. Focusing on the techniques and combinations also helps clear the mind and improve focus.

Combat Fitness · Adults + Youth 8–15
Full Body. Every Class.
Kickboxing at EBA combines punching and kicking in real technique sequences — not just cardio circuits. Adults and youth train in a structured, energetic environment that builds fitness and skill together.
The Discipline
The workout that
teaches you
something real.
Kickboxing merges the hand techniques of boxing with the kick mechanics of martial arts into one of the most complete physical workouts available. At EBA, that means you’re developing genuine striking skill — not just following a choreographed routine.
Every session is structured: warm-up, technique drills, combinations, pad work, conditioning. You leave knowing something you didn’t know before. Over months, the skill compounds — and so does the fitness.
What You Gain
Fitness and skill
in the same hour.
The Curriculum
What you’ll
actually learn.
Kickboxing at EBA progresses systematically. Each element builds on the last — technique before power, singles before combinations, drilling before sparring.
Stance and guard
The same fundamentals that make a good boxer also make a good kickboxer — stance, guard, movement. Everything else sits on top of this.
Hand techniques
Jab, cross, hook, uppercut — with correct weight transfer and return. Hands have to be precise before kicks can be added without creating bad habits.
Kick mechanics
Front kick, roundhouse, side kick — each requiring hip rotation, chamber, extension, and recovery. Taught slowly before speed is introduced.
Combinations on pads
Punch-kick sequences on focus mitts and Thai pads. This is where the cardio demand peaks and where technique has to survive under fatigue.
Conditioning circuits
Every class ends with structured conditioning — bodyweight, bag work, or partner drills. The kind of fitness that serves you in every other area of life.
Who This Is For
Adults who want
more. Kids who
need this.
Kickboxing at EBA serves two distinct groups: adults who want a serious workout with real skill development, and youth ages 8–15 who need the structure, coordination, and confidence that martial arts training builds.
Fitness + Skill
Adults who are bored of the gym
If you’ve outgrown machines and group fitness, kickboxing is where the interesting challenge begins. You’re always learning — and the fitness is a byproduct.
Youth 8–15
Children who need structure
Martial arts training instills discipline, focus, and respect in a way that school rarely can. The physical development is significant. The character development is more so.
Cross-Trainers
Athletes from other sports
The footwork, conditioning, and lateral movement in kickboxing transfers directly to other sports. Many of our members train kickboxing as their athletic base.
Beginners
First-time martial artists
Kickboxing is one of the most accessible entry points into martial arts. The techniques are intuitive, the progression is clear, and the results are immediate.
